The Bitterroot Birding and Nature Festival is pleased to invite you to participate in its exciting new addition: a Fine Art Show and Auction. The 1st Bitterroot Birding Festival Art Show and Auction opens June 1st and will remain on display throughout Stevensville’s Western Heritage Days Celebration, itself drawing large numbers of public participants, culminating in the Auction to be held Saturday, June 23rd. It will be a juried show in four categories:

Photography and Printmaking

Painting and Drawing

Sculpture and 3-Dimentional objects, and

Fiber Arts and Beadwork
If you would like to be involved, please visit the Artist's Page and review the list of guidelines and send your digital images of up to four entries, along with your signed entry form and $25.00 entry fee, a short artist statement and biography to the Sacajawea Gallery by April 2, 2007. Artworks by artists, and those represented by dealers or galleries will be part of the juried art auction and preview exhibition showcasing some of the finest and most well known artists in Montana and beyond.
